A comprehensive modernisation was carried out at Gdańsk Wrzeszcz station, including the installation of CCTV systems, dynamic passenger information systems (DPIS), clock systems (SSC), and information and emergency columns (SOS) with induction loops. A call system was introduced in the toilets, along with RTV/SAT installations, as well as an access control system (ACS with BSZD), an intrusion and hold-up alarm system (I&HAS), and a public address system. Ticket window intercoms, a building management system (BMS), a physical security information management (PSIM) integration system, and a fire alarm system (FAS) were also installed.
The station’s modernisation introduced advanced solutions that improve safety, comfort, and communication. Passengers can enjoy efficient service and an improved information system. Wrzeszcz, known for its historic architecture and rich heritage, now combines modernity with tradition, just like its newly refurbished station.
