Congress Hall, Palace of Culture and Science

As part of this investment, Everest 5 will carry out a range of works related to the modernisation of the Congress Hall at the Palace of Culture and Science in Warsaw, including both electrical and telecommunications systems. The company will dismantle existing electrical and telecommunications installations and modernise and refurbish the palace’s lighting fixtures, which will then be properly stored and reinstalled following their renovation. Furthermore, Everest 5 will carry out the complete installation of new telecommunications systems, including automation systems and the Building Management System (BMS) together with a building management platform. The works also include the delivery and installation of modern systems that will enable effective management of all building infrastructure components.

In terms of safety, the company will be responsible for the installation and commissioning of the Voice Alarm System (VAS), which forms part of the fire alarm system. This system is designed to ensure quick and effective communication in the event of a fire threat, making it possible to broadcast alerts and voice announcements. Due to the specific nature of the heritage interiors, the project will also include acoustic simulations to optimise the room’s acoustics, ensuring not only safety but also comfort for the hall’s users.
